What commission do we charge?
Our service fees range from 10% to 25%, depending on the collaboration model chosen. We provide flexible options, from full to partial management, as well as on-demand services. There are no startup fees, and property activation can usually be completed within two business days. The process includes professional photography, recording property features, creating a price list, and listing on more than 50 platforms.

What kind of contract do we use?
Our contract is flexible and designed without burdensome terms. It is simple, including only a 60-day notice clause for any reason — if you are not satisfied with our services, you can terminate the collaboration with two months’ notice. Essentially, it is a sublease agreement, granting our company the right to sublease your property to end clients.
To set rental prices, we study comparable properties in the area, considering their availability calendars and published rates. We also utilize internal data from similar properties we manage. Prices are determined based on the property’s size, location, and quality of amenities. Pricing is never static — it requires constant monitoring and adjustment according to market demand. Rentbnb excels in this area, monitoring booking conversions and adjusting rates for maximum revenue.
How do we communicate with guests?
Guest communication is multi-layered. We use our central PMS system, email, phone calls, and website chat. In addition, our staff is available 24/7, with a dedicated emergency contact number to ensure immediate response to any need.
We collect feedback from guests at every stage of their stay. We communicate with them during their stay to confirm that their expectations are fully met, while encouraging them to leave positive reviews. We also share these insights with property owners, ensuring each property adapts to guest needs and maximizes its rental potential.
How does the owner get paid?
Owners can expect revenue payments at the end of each month after guest check-out. You will receive a detailed financial statement along with direct deposit to your bank account for each booking. The financial statement will also include details on expenses and maintenance costs, as well as any invoices from external partners for additional services. There is also the option for payment per booking, which is made 7 days after guest departure.
